| Working principle: | Thermosyphon solar water heater depends on natural circulation. Tank is above the solar collector glass tube. The vacuum tube with special absorptive coating can absorb the sun energy and transfer sun energy to heat energy. Whole system works according to the thermosyphon principle. Water in vacuum tubes is heated and then rises to top of tank. Cold water in tank goes down to the vacuum tube bottom. Water in the system will be heated as circulation keeps going on. This type of solar water heater is one of the most popular systems because of its own advantages of high efficiency, cheap price, simple Installation and free maintenance |

Outer material of tank is also in stainless steel 201-BA, bright treatment Punched holes for Silicone rings face outwards ,so there is no more rust risk cause cutting position not contact with water. Inner tank steel adopt thickness in 0.5mm, with a long lifespan (15 years). Tank cover with no more risk on depart off by rivet up with aluminum rivet to main tank. The fitting welded by Arc-argon The flange screw with anti-rust material is applied for fixing main tank to frame. It enlarges the contact area between tank and frame. Our frame adopts bright stainless steel 201 named 201-BA; thickness 1.2mm. strong to bear and wind resistance(140 km/hr) All ports of tank are well considered to meet the demands of customers, they are available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer. |
