300L Sperated Pressurized solar water heating
split solar water heating is a system composed by three main parts.
solar water heating tank is a storage container to supply hot water for shower.
solar collector is the core part which absorbs solar energy to be heat energy.
Workstation is a control and safety device to transfer the heat energy from solar collector to solar water heater tank.
Usually the solar water heating tank are with copper coil as heat exchanger for getting heat from solar collector.
People may asked : " Can we use solar water heating tank without heat exchanger inside? "
My answer is definitely fine for solar water heating system working without heat exchanger.
Solar collector and solar water heating tank can be directly heat exchange by water circulation through circulation pump.
Some people may worry about extremly cold climate would cause damage of the pipeline between tank and solar collector.
Don't worry ! The workstation has a functional to anti-freezen by push the hot water from tank once temperature in solar collector lower than the setting valve.
But my suggestion is that if you are in extremly cold area, it is best to have copper coils as heat exchanger for tank. And system working with anti-freezen fluid as heat exchanger media.
Fuctional of anti-freezen would cause heat energy loose. so the copper coil as heat exchanger would help to solve the problem.

Working way:
Separated pressurized solar water heating is a closed loop solar water heating system.
I. solar water heating system is active system working by circulation pump.
II. It is composed by three main parts: pressurized tank ,solar collector and workstation.
III. Evacuated solar collector absorbs solar energy by vacuum tubes and exchange the heat with the water tank through workstation.
III. When the temperature difference of solar collector and storage tank reaches the set value, the controller of workstation starts triple circulation pump to work automatically. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
V. Then the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water to be hotter and hotter.
In order to choose the right system, following is simple introduction of systems.
There are three types solar water heating system design for usage:
A: Storage Tank without coil. It is an economic design. The tank directly exchanges the hot water with solar collector by circulation pump which control by controller.
B: Storage tank with one copper coil, this coil is for the circulation between solar collector and water tank and circulation pipeline usually filling with anti-freeze fluid (glycol for example) as heat exchange media.
C :Storage tank with two copper coils: one for collector and tank circulation, other one for heating equipment or space heating (such as connect to gas/electric boiler , and for floor heating system). Solar circulation also request fluid as heat exchanger media.
