400L Split solar heater water
Split solar heater water is a solar heating device advantage in its multi-functional heating ways, solar absorbing device is installed outside door, solar heater water tank and controller workstation are all domestic installed. solar heater water tank with two or more heat exchange lead to multi-functional heaitng ways.
The buttom heat exchanger (copper coil or stainless steel) design in tank is always connect with solar collector as a solar heater water circulation loop.
Another heat exchanger can be supply heat for radiator in room or connect with the backup heating energy .
If nessissary ,more heat exchanger can be consider for different usage.

How does solar heater water works?
Split pressurized solar heater water is working by cooperation of main three parts hot water tank ,solar collector and workstation. Solar collector generate the heat energy by absorbing solar insolation. It is the core part of the system. The hot water tank plays the heat storage function. The workstation is the brain of the system. It helps to control the system working : heat exchange circulation, anti-freezen circulation, protection system circulation, display the data of system and so on.
There are three working solar heater water systems which are divided by tank design :
First type: Tank without coil. It is an economic design. The tank directly exchanges the hot water with solar collector by circulation pump which control by controller.
Second type: tank with one copper coil, this coil is for the circulation between solar collector and water tank and circulation pipeline usually filling with anti-freeze fluid (glycol for example) as heat exchange media.
Third type: tank with two copper coils: one for collector and tank circulation, other one for heating equipment or space heating (such as connect to gas/electric boiler , and for floor heating system). Solar circulation also request fluid as heat exchanger media.
