split evacuated tube solar water heater is composed by three main part : pressurized tank ,solar collector and workstation.
Pressurized water tank is heat storage container bearing pressure inside. Solar collector is the core part to absorbing the solar collector.
Workstation works as the brain of the system,it controls the system works well ,it is composed by pressure guage,controller,circulation pump,check valve,expansion jar.

System working routine:
Separated pressurized heat pipe vacuum tube solar water heater is a pressurized and closed loop solar collecting system.
I. System uses the heat pipe vacuum tube as heating device to heating the system.
II. solar system is tripled by circulation pump. The sensors of tank and collector give signal to control box.Once the setting valve reaches, the circulation pump works to transfer the heat energy from solar collector to tank.
III. The transferred heat will be exchanged and stay in tank.
In order to choose the right system, following is simple introduction of systems.
There are three type system design for usage:
A: Storage Tank without coil. It is an economic design. The tank directly exchanges the hot water with solar collector by circulation pump which control by controller.
B: Storage tank with one copper coil, this coil is for the circulation between solar collector and water tank and circulation pipeline usually filling with anti-freeze fluid (glycol for example) as heat exchange media.
C :Storage tank with two copper coils: one for collector and tank circulation, other one for heating equipment or space heating (such as connect to gas/electric boiler , and for floor heating system). Solar circulation also request fluid as heat exchanger media.
