 vacuum tube solar collector is heating device which absorbs solar radiation by vacuum tubes.Vacuum tubes are the core part of the solar collector. Our solar collector are not only with simple vacuum tubes design,vacuum tubes are design with heat pipe and fin inside the tube. The water can not go into the tube ,it enlarge the solar collector effeciency and gift the solar collector with pressure feature. According to the local lattitude ,we adjust the right frame  angle and direction for sun.Vacuum tube solar collector is placed in direct sunlight.

Vacuum tube solar collector collects solar rays energy by vacuum tube which coating with selective painting in aluminum ally ,copper and stainless steel. Inside the heat pipe ,it is fluid for heat transfer.Aluminum fin in tube will get heat from vacuum tube and transfer the heat to heat pipe,heat pipe fluid will become vapor to the header of heat pipe which is inserted into manifold passageway. Vapor becomes fluid again by transfering the heat to the fluid of manifod.After that ,vacuum tube offers heat to aluminum alloy and the cycle repeat again and again.

Vacuum tube solar collector as main part of solar water heater system converts solar energy into heat power and supply the heat power for whole solar water heater system constantly.With the feature of pressure ,the vacuum tube solar collector usually works for pressurized system.For storage heat purpose, a pressurized tank will be installed for heat storage. Usually tank is equiped with spiral coil as heat exchanger, between vacuum tube solar collector and spiral coil ,the glycol is filled as medium for heat conduct.
