Solar hot water collector  is a solar energy  collecting equipment ,it produces hot water for household use.Heat pipe vacuum tubes of solar hot water collector converts solar radiation into heat energy by its tube selective coating material and heating energy will be conduct from aluminum alloy inside tube to the heat pipe. There is glycol mixture fluid  inside the heat pipe as heating courier.

The heat energy makes the fluid hot and vaporization,vapor goes up to the condensor (tip of heat pipe) and delivery heat to manifold and become liquid again for the next circle.Solar energy is constantly converted to heat energy to heat the manifold medium(water or glycol).

Solar hot water collector is the motor of solar water heater system which composed by solar water heater tank ,circulation pump station, pipeline and valves .The hot energy from solar hot water collector will be active transfered by circulation pump station to solar water heater tank directly or with spiral coil indirectly .The solar water heater tank storages the hot energy and become hot and hot and finally supply the hot water for consumption.

The solar hot water collector is module design ,it can be connected in series randomly.So the big solar hot water supply is possible.Accordingly ,the solar water heater tank should be big enough to allow the heat storage from series connecting of solar module of solar hot water collectors.
