solar collectors are parts of solar water heater system ,usually work with solar water heater tank,solar water heater control system for active solar heating work. solar collector cosists of heat pipe evacuated tubes ,manifold and bracket to hold both of them.Heat pipe evacuated tubes are made up of heat pipe which with condenseor ,aluminum fin and at the end of tube with a plug.This solar collector effeciency is much more than non-pressurized solar collector about 10%.Tube with coating converts solar radiator energy into heat energy to heat the fluid of heat pipe ,then fluid becomes vapor to the tip condensor of heat pipe. Fluid of the main flow passageway of manifold will indirectly heat exchange with this vapor of heat pipe.Vapor of consendor will turn back to fluid after heat exchange.And begains another heating exchange. The fluid of flow passageway of manifold with getting hotter and hotter. And as core part of solar water heater system, solar collector will transfer the hot fluid active or passive to the storage tank prepared for people.
