It is much more effeciency than open loop solar water heater open. It is mould design ,it can be combinated in series working at random.
Solar collector panel absorbs through heat pipe evacuated tubes .Heat pipe evacuated tubes insert into the solar collector panel box,heat pipe evacuated tubes absorbs solar energy and convert to be heat and delivery heat by vaporized fluid to header of heat pipe which inserted into copper cap of the solar collector panel box.And exchange the heat to solar collector panel box. Then vapor becomes fluid back to buttom of heat pipe.And again tubes heat the fluid to be vapor and the cycle repeats again and again for offering heating all the time till sunset.

How to install solar collector panel ? | ||||||
1.Install the frame first ,see the frame install drawing | |||||||
2.Following the steps | |||||||
Step1:first install the nylon cap on the bottom track,then screw off the jacket from the cap | |||||||
Step2:put the heat conduction liquid on the condenser of heat pipe. | |||||||
Step3:Insert the vacuum tube inside the nylon cap | |||||||
(be careful:don't touch the vacuum tube on the ground,or it will be broken) | |||||||
Step4:Hold the vacuum tube tightly,then insert it inside the opposite hole(copper cap)which | |||||||
on the solar collector panel box slowly. | |||||||
Step5:Screw the jacket on the nylon cap. | |||||||
