How U pipe solar collector works?
l U pipe solar collector is special design to get higher efficiency than heat pipe solar collector .
l U pipe welded together with main flow header. The fluid(water or anti-freezen liquid) is filled full inside U pipe and flow header. Directly nature circulation between U pipe and flow header enhance the efficiency largely.
l Tubes absorb solar energy and transfer the heat energy directly by U pipe.

1. Manifold: interior flow passage with high quality red copper diameter 35mm/1mm; exterior: aluminum alloy shell 2mm;Test pressure for 12bar
2. Heat preservation: high density Rock Wool and foam Polyurethane
3. Support frame of U pipe solar collector: aluminum alloy steel 1.8mm
4．Heat pipe can work under -35℃ environment with glycol
5．Angle of operation:15-60 degree
