How does solar powered heater works?

 Thermosiphon solar powered  heater is special design which is combined both advantage of open and close loop solar water heater. It is economic but pressurized. It’s different from compact non-pressurized solar water heater in coil as heat exchanger. When water flows into the copper coil, it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil. Therefore, the water tank is just as heat storage tank.

•  Tank is full capacity as named.
•  We adopt three target coating tube which is more efficiency about 10% than normal coating tube, and single tube weight is  2kgs higher than market standard.
• Insulation foam is high density in 38kgs/m3, foaming artwork smooth and nice looking.
• Out tank material is color steel. Basement galvanized steel is with more Zinc coating than industrial for anti-rust purpose.
•  Inner tank material thickness in 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage.
• Tank cover is Rivet up to tank body with rivet in avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect.
• All water fittings are welded by arc-argon, it is no damage to steel material.
• We enlarged screw area  for fixing the tank to frame for protection .
•  Frame material is galvanized steel with powder coating ,thickness is 1.5mm. Support bars and tube hold are thicker than industrial design.
•  The Tank ports are well consider for all purpose optional ,they are also available for all accessory ,special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer.

Remark:  assistant filling tank is strong suggest for complete to system for keep storage hot water full all the time.

Coil material is SUS304 food grade ,flexible waving design.This waving type steel enlarges the heating exchange area, we also  offer enough length of coil for make sure the heat full exchanger from tank water to shower use.
