How the coil pre-heated  passive solar water heater works?

Compact pre-heated passive solar water heater is special design for economic but pressurized supply the hot water,

it combined both advantage of open and close loop solar water heater .Based on compact non-pressurized passive solar water heater system ,

it is designed with one copper coil as heat exchanger. When water flows into the copper coil,

it absorbs the heat of the water in the tank via the copper coil. Therefore the water tank is just as heat storage tank

 . 

Our 150L passive solar water heater are well top quality design:

  Tank capacity: full water volume 150L

  Inner Tank made by SUS304-2B food grade thickness 0.5mm

  Outer tank made by color steel thickness in 0.31mm color available

  Insulation in high density polyurethane thickness in 50mm

  Frame design with 1.5mm galvanized steel

  Heat exchanger: flexible 304stainless steel material diameter 12mm/ 1mm thickness, 24meters

We focus our passive solar water heater quality with following details:

  Passive solar water heater Tank is full capacity as named.Capacity do not include vacuum tube water volume.

  We adopt three target coating tube which is more efficiency about 10% than normal coating tube, and single tube weight is  2kgs higher than market standard which only 1.8kgs.

  Insulation foam is high density in 38kgs/m3, foaming artwork smooth and nice looking.

  Out tank material is color steel. Basement galvanized steel is with more Zinc coating than industrial for anti-rust purpose.

  Inner tank material thickness in 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage.

  Tank cover is Rivet up to tank body with rivet in avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect.

  All water fittings of passive solar water heater  are welded by arc-argon machine, no destroy to steel material.

  Screw for fixing the tank to frame are flange type. Well protect the tank and strong fixing ability.

  Frame are with 1.5mm galvanized steel. All bar and tube hold are thickening to enhance the anti-wind purpose.

  The Tank ports are well consider for all purpose optional, they are also available for all accessory ,special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer.

Beside details we focused, we also provide  optional components assistant filling tank, electric resistant, controller, magnesium bar.

  Assistant filling tank is a device to filling water automatically to main tank and keep heat storage tank full of water all the time.

  electric resistant can be backup while cloudy or rainy days for a constant hot water supply from passive solar water heater.

  controller is an intellegent brain to give order to control the water level (if without assistant tank) and to control electric resistant working by setting time and temperature value.

  The heat exchanger of Passive solar water heater can be   made of SUS304 ,flexible stainless steel or coppper material. The flexible stainless steel pipe is advantage for his waving design which enlarge the exchanger heating area, also we offer enough length of coil for make sure the heat full exchanger from tank water to shower use.
