• Outer tank steel: PVDF coated galvanized steel, thickness in 0.31mm ;diameter 460mm
• Heat preservation: foaming with high density polyurethane; thickness in 50mm
• Bracket: strong galvanized steel with powder coating ,1.5mm thickness

How does a flat plate solar water heater works?

PVDF flat panel solar water heater depends on natural circulation. As water in flat panel solar collector  is heated ,it rises naturally into the tank, while cooler water in the tank flows down to the bottom of the vacuum tubes, causing circulation throughout the system. The tank and tube are design as one unite, heating energy relies on the natural circulation of water between the tubes and the tank. The designed assistant tank on top plays the role for automatically filling cold water.

l  Flat panel solar collector with chrome coating ,economic solution

l  Insulation preservation material is high density polyurethane imported from German, foaming outlook is smooth and perfect.

l  Outer material of tank is high quality  galvanized steel with PVDF coating, high resist to rust function.

l  Inner tank steel adopt thickness in 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage.

l  In order to avoid the risk of rust, the cutting position are punched outwards to avoid to  contact with water.

l  In order to avoid any risk on depart off, We rivet up the tank cover with rivet to main tank.

l  Arc-argon technical is applied to the jointer welding.

l  The flange screw is applied for fixing main tank to frame. It enlarges the contact area between tank and frame.

l  Our frame adopts 1.5mm galvanized steel. Support bars and tube hold are thickened to enhance the anti-wind purpose.

l  All ports of tank are well considered to meet the demands of customers, they are available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer.
