How it works:

Flat plate  collector solar water heater is a type of open loop solar water heater, the tank is above solar collector , heating energy relies on the natural circulation of water between the collector and the tank. As water in flat panel heated by solar insolation, it rises naturally into the tank for heat exchange.

l  Out tank material is color steel which basement galvanized steel with more Zinc coating than industrial to be high anti-rust purpose.

l  Inner tank material thickness in 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage.

l  To avoid the cutting position contact with water ,punched holes for Silicone rings are designed outwards .

l  Tank cover is Rivet up to tank body with rivet in avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect.

l  All water fittings are welded by arc-argon machine, no destroy to steel material.

l  Screw for fixing the tank to frame are flange type. Well protect the tank and strong fixing ability.

l  Frame with 1.5mm galvanized steel and all bar and tube hold are thickening for wind-proof .

l  The Tank ports are well considered for all purpose optional, they are also available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer.
