l  Tank size: 200L

l  Inner Tank shell :stainless steel SUS304-2B food grade thickness 0.5mm which thicker than market design which only 0.31mm

l  Outer tank shell: white color steel, thickness in 0.31mm,red tank cover with high content of zinc for anti-rust purpose

l  Heat Insulation :50mm high density polyurethane to preserve heat more than 72hours

l  Support for tank and tube: 1.5mm galvanized steel with powder coating ,in red color,strong and dipping treatment of steel and coating would well protect the support .

Working principle of flat panel solar water heater:

This system is passive solar water heater system.

Ø  Flat panel solar collector is placed down of the tank

Ø  Tank test in 0.05MPA with non-pressurized working

Ø  Flat panel solar collector absorbs the solar insolation energy by its coating board and heating the water of welded copper pipe.

Ø  Hot water will exchange with cold water of tank all the time by natural circulation .

l  Insulation foam : high density foaming material keeps long preserve time more than three days, finished foaming looks smooth and nice

l  Outer material of tank : higher zinc coating galvanized steel, white color, lower risk of rust

l  Inner tank steel : Stainless steel 304-2B ,high nickel contents for drinkable water, thickness in 0.5mm thicker than market for long lifetime span.

l  In order to avoid the cutting position contact with water ,punched holes for Silicone rings are designed outwards .

l  Tank cover rivets rivet to main tank avoid physical impacted falling off

l  Advantaged welding technical arc-argon is adopted to protect steel

l  Flange screw for fixing main tank to frame enlarge the contact area , makes tank and frame strong connected and less harm to tank out shell

l  Our bracket adopts 1.5mm galvanized steel. Support bars and tube hold are thickened for wind-proof.
