How it works:

Compact Non-pressure solar water heater is a type of open loop solar water heater, the tank and tube are design in unite, heating energy relies on the natural circulation of water between the collector and the tank. As water in the vacuum tubes is heated it rises naturally into the tank, while cooler water in the tank flows down to the bottom of the vacuum tubes, causing circulation throughout the system.

• Tubes is more efficiency about 10% than normal coated, and weight reaches 2.02kgs higher than market.

Insulation foam is high density in 38kgs/m3, foaming artwork smooth and nice looking. 

• Out tank material is color steel, but our basement galvanized steel is with more Zinc coating than industrial for anti-rust purpose.
• Inner tank material thickness in 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage.
• The holes punched for Silicone sealing are forward outside ,no water contact cutting position for long life time
• Tank cover is Rivet up to tank body with rivet in avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect.
• All water fittings are welded by arc-argon machine, no destroy to steel material.
• Screw for fixing the tank to frame are flange type. Well protect the tank and strong fixing ability.
• Frame are with 1.5mm galvanized steel. All bar and tube hold are thickening to enhance the anti-wind purpose.
• The Tank ports are well considered for all purpose optional, they are also available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer.
