| Non-pressure solar heating water heater with small tank is a convenient and easy operation design for automatically filling cold water ,no need to open or close cold water supplier. Solar collector tubes absorbing the heating energy to heat the cold water in collector tubes , then hot water will rising to exchange the cold water in main tank .Cold water gets down to the tube for heating again and go up for exchange again. This circulation will works until sun down. |

Full tank capacity is offered. Collector tubes are made of high quality glass ,double glass with vaccum inside keeps low heat lose.The three target coating of glass absorbs about 10% higher energy than normal coating. Single tube heating more than 2kgs higher than market selling. Insulation foam is made of polyurethane and high density in 38kgs/m3, foaming outlook is smooth and nice looking. Outer material of tank is with higher zinc coating galvanized steel. Inner tank steel thickness is 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage. The holes punched for Silicone sealing are facing outside ,cutting position do not contact with water to against rust We rivet up the tank cover with rivet to main tank in order to avoid falling off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect. The welding of fittings is arc-argon, it is a protection for steel. We adopt the flange screw for fixing main tank to frame. Well protect the tank and strong fixing ability. Our frame adopts 1.5mm galvanized steel. Support bars and tube hold are thickened to enhance the anti-wind purpose. All ports of tank are well considered to meet the demands of customers, they are available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer. |

| Noted: | small tank is design with ball valve, its working principle same as the toilet tank. Once tank is full ,the cold water will be stopped by valve. People do not need to worry the water flow out while tank full. |
