Working principle

1.high pressurized compact solar  water heater  with copper pipe is design as one unite for working.

2. Tank is pressurized container for making pressure same as cold water supplier.

3.Heating energy is produced by heat pipe evacuated tube from absorbing from solar energy.

4.Heat pipe glass tube solar collector collect the energy and transfer to the tank by its condenser.

Three-target selective coating Cu/SS-AIN vacuum tubes with conduct heat pipe and aluminum fin is 10% higher efficiency than normal single coating tube pipe. 

Aluminum fin with whole piece design better for heat transfer 

Insulation foam layer is special chemical polyurethane material which part imported from German, high density in 38kgs/m3 is applied in our solar powered  water heater, finished foaming outlook is smooth . Thickness in 55mm more than 50mm for cold area 

Outer tank steel is high quality SUS304-2B stainless steel, best choice for against bad water quality and environment area 

Inner tank steel is SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, thickness reaches 1.5mm, thicker than market standard for long life time and high pressure. 

Outer tank cover fixed by aluminum rivet ,no more depart off risk. 

Stainless steel protection welding by arc-argon is applied for all fittings. 

Big Flange Screws for the tank and bracket connection are used to protect the tank outer material . 

Support material in aluminum. End is placed with three rails for easy moving the whole system away. Easy maintain. 

Safety valves are all designed for security purpose: PT valve, vacuum vale, cold water inlet (with one way valve ) 

Intelligent Controller is available for our solar  water heater with copper pipe.

Electric heater can be request for backup 

Support special design with three rails for easy remove system and install. Make sure the system are fully as part of building 

Thicker insulation :55mm ,better for cold area 

Outer tank shell is 304-2B for anti-rust against . 

Inner thickness in 1.5mm much higher than normal 1.2mm.
