Feature

1.Integrative pressurized  evacuated solar geyser is unite design by tank ,solar collector and bracket.

2. System are closed loop and pressurized. Tank is closed pressurized container.

3.Solar energy is transferred to tank by heat pipe evacuated tube.

4.Heat pipe tube conducts heat by heat pipe condenser to tank copper cap to heat up the water.

Triple selective coating vacuum tubes with conduct heat pipe and aluminum fin is 10% higher efficiency than normal single coating tube pipe. 

Aluminum fin with whole piece design better for heat transfer 

Insulation foam layer is special chemical polyurethane material which part imported from German, high density in 38kgs/m3 is applied in our evacuated solar geyser, finished foaming outlook is smooth . 

Outer tank steel is high quality stainless steel, bright and nice looking. 

Inner tank steel is SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, thickness reaches 1.2mm, thicker than market standard for long life time and high pressure. 

Outer tank cover fixed by aluminum rivet ,no more depart off risk. 

Stainless steel protection welding by arc-argon is applied for all fittings. 

Big Flange Screws for the tank and bracket connection are used to protect the tank outer material . 

Support thickness is 1.2mm.Tank holder bracket is enforced in 1mm. 

The Tank ports are well considered for all usage optional, they are also available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer. Ports included PT valve, vacuum vale, cold water inlet (with one way valve ), hot water outlet, Magnesium bar, electric heater, sensor port (design for controller) 

Optional controller is available for evacuated solar geyser.
