Thermostat electric heater is backup heating equipment  for solar water heater tank while there is cloudy or rainy situation. It is design with the adjustable thermostat for electric heater. 

We are several type of electric heater for your study.Adjustable thermostat electric heater is most popular for use.

1.      Directly plug (no thread type) electric heater : It is sealed by silicone ring installed in the tank. This type can be only used for non-pressurized solar water heater tank. The thermostat setting temperature valve: 75degree.Once the temperature reaches, it stops working. It is a protection device. Not a regular working device.

It has different size  , size in 22mm  ,47mm,58mm. Power : 1.5KW

2.      Thread type electric heater : It has fitting in thread to connect to the tank. Size : 3/4’’  1’’   1 1/4’’.

The size 1 1/4’’ is specially with adjustable thermostat .It is now commonly used in our resident solar water heater.

3.      Flange type electric heater : The head is flange design. It is widely used in coating inner tank such as Enamel water tank. Size depends on the inner tank design. It always design with a magnesium bar with electric heater.

For above electric heater ,the material is stainless steel. There are several different stainless steel : SUS304 ,316L, incoloy 800 . The material incoloy 800 is the best quality for highest nickel contents.  It is widely used for the terrible quality water situation.
