How it works:
Separated pressurized solar panels heating water is pressurized solar water heating system ,main absorbing collector adopts flat panel solar collector with blue titanium coating. This solar system is active by circulation pump which control by workstation.Flat panel solar collector collects the solar energy and transfer it into heat energy to heat the solar system and storage the hot water in storage tank.
solar panels heating water gets solar energy by flat panels solar collector and exchange the heat to tank by heat exchanger.With the active working of circulation pump ,the water become hotter and hotter.
Vod solar panels heating water tank works long lifetime cause its high quality design for material and restrictly pressure test before forming.
Interior tank adopts SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel 1.5mm.
exterior tank adopts color steel with high zinc 0.45mm
Tank insulated with high density polyurethane integrated foam 50mm,keep hot water more than 3days.
Instead of the copper coil, we choose flexible wave stainless steel 304 as heat exchanger. Diameter 12mm and thicknesss 1mm,length 15m each coil. Wave design of the pipe enlarges the heat exchanger area.

Solar Collector with white aluminum alloy case,strong in thickness 1.2mm.Sealed with EPDM strip against high temperature and long lifetime more than 20years.
A reasonable air vent hole is designed for release water vapor to protect absorbing board.
Solar Collector in Blue coating imported from German,2sets flat panel solar collector , size 1000X2000mm,blue coating.
Intelligent controller system of the workstation has several models for control the solar panels heating water working .
It can work with electric heater as backup .Or with gas boiler, heater boiler and other heating equipment as backup through additional copper coil.

We divide three solar panels heating water system by heat exchanger numbers.
A: Storage Tank without coil.It is cheapest solution of all three types. Flat panel request for anti-freezen fluid or working with water under hot area.So working under this system without coil , the tank directly exchanges the hot water with solar collector by circulation pump which control by controller. It requests to work under temperature above 0 degree.
B: Storage tank with one copper coil, this coil is for the circulation between solar collector and water tank and circulation pipeline usually filling with anti-freeze fluid (glycol for example) as heat exchange media.
C: Storage tank with two copper coils: one for collector and tank circulation, other one for heating equipment or space heating (such as connect to gas/electric boiler , and for floor heating system). Solar circulation also request fluid as heat exchanger media.
