How does our solar bath water heater work?
Separated pressurized solar bath water heater is a closed loop solar hot water system. It is active system working by circulation pump. Its components :solar bath water heater tank ,solar collector and workstation. The collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation. When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically. The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.Then the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water.
Split flat plate solar bath water heater is a device which absorbing equipment is flat plate solar collector.It is a low temperature equipment, very suitable for bath use.

Our solar water heater tank are made of food grade stainless steel SUS304-2B .Its thickness 1.5mm leads to long lifespan.Out color steel 0.45mm is strong and quality . high density polyurethane integrated foam 55mm keeps hot water more than 3days. Inside the solar water heater we placed two coils ,one for solar bath water heater solar circulation with tank for heat exchange,another one can be backup for boiler, heat radiator and other heating equipment.Copper coil diameter in 12mm,thickness 1mm.We design 15meters length for each coil to get enough heat exchange area for change heat totally.
Whole solar bath water heater system can bear the max. pressure 12bar, and working pressure we set for 6bar for safety purpose.
Pressurized solar bath water heater should be more careful for security protection.We complete the tank with PT valve to balance the pressure of tank and avoid expansion of
inner tank.One way valve is installed in cold water inlet side of solar bath water heater tank for stop cold water go back and shrunken the tank.
With safty valve and pressure guage design in workstation,we can monitor the pressure and keep pressure low and safe.The expansion tank in the pipeline of the system can
balance the pressure steady .
All we done is for a confirmtable and pleasure shower with solar gift of free hot water.
In order to get the right solar bath water heater system, following is simple introduction of systems.
There are three type system design for usage:
A: Tank without coil. It is an economic design. The tank directly exchanges the hot water with solar collector by circulation pump which control by controller.Consider the flat panel for below 0 degree,the copper pipe of flat panel solar collector would be freezon. So this system is best suggest for the hot area.
B: tank with one copper coil, this coil is for the circulation between solar collector and water tank and circulation pipeline usually filling with anti-freeze fluid (glycol for example) as heat exchange media.
C : tank with two copper coils: one for collector and tank circulation, other one for heating equipment or space heating (such as connect to gas/electric boiler , and for floor heating system). Solar circulation also request fluid as heat exchanger media.
