100L simple water heater using solar energy

Our simple water heater using solar energy adopts flat plate solar collector as heating device which absorbs the solar energy by absorbing core plate with blue titanium coating.

And passively exchange heat with the tank water.

l  Tank Volume: full water capacity 100L,bear pressure max 12bar

l  SUS304-2B food grade thickness 1.2mm is applied for internal tank ,much thicker than normal to security the safety.

l  High anti-rust stainless steel is applied for outer tank, thickness in 0.31mm;

l  Heat Insulation is made of polyurethane, thickness in 50mm

l  Frame is made of 1.5mm hot dip galvanized steel , anti-rust feature with powder coating

l  Solar collector :flat plate size 2000X1000X80mm ,blue film coating

How does simple water heater using solar energy work?

Flat plate simple water heater using solar energy  is a closed loop system. The system works depends on natural water circulation. The pressurized tank is design above the flat plate solar collector . Flat plate solar collector absorbs solar energy by blue film coating board and transfer the heat by water of copper riser ,copper riser hot water goes up to the main flow passage and exchange the heat with pressurized tank by different density of water to storage hotter water in tank.

l  Foaming Insulation between inner and outer tank is special chemical polyurethane which main material imported from German, high density in 38kgs/m3 is applied in our solar water heater, finished foam is smooth .

l  Outer tank steel material in stainless  steel with high anti-rust nickel content

l  Inner tank steel material in SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, its. thickness is 1.2mm, thicker than industrial standard for long life time and high pressure.

l  Outer tank cover is fixed to tank body by aluminum rivet to avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect.

l  All fittings welding technical in arc-argon machine, it is no damage to steel material.

l  Flange Screw for fixing the tank to frame are well protect to the tank and strong fixing ability.

l  Bracket support thickness is 1.5mm galvanized steel with powder coating. All bar and tube hold are thickened to enhance the anti-wind purpose.

l  All possible functions are considered for tank.ank functions are included PT valve, vacuum vale, cold water inlet (with one way valve ), hot water outlet, Magnesium bar, electric heater, sensor port (design for controller). If there is any  special request from customer ,we will check with our engineer to see the possibility .

l  Optional controller is available
