Working principle:

1.high pressurized compact evacuated solar water heater is closed loop high pressurized evacuated solar water heater.

2. Solar collector is composed by heat pipe evacuated tube.

3.Hot water energy is produced by solar collector by absorbing solar energy.

4.Liquid of heat pipe heated to be vapor and through condenser exchange heat with tank water , then turn back to fluid. Cycle repeats again and again to heat the tank water hotter and hotter.

Tank is full capacity designed 

Triple  selective coating Cu/SS-AIN evacuated tubes with conduct heat pipe and aluminum fin is 10% higher efficiency than normal single coating tube pipe. 

Core heat pipe is TU1 copper and working temperature -40~ +260°C 

Insulation foam layer is special chemical polyurethane material which part imported from German, high density in 38kgs/m3 is applied in our solar water heater, finished foaming outlook is smooth . Thickness in 55mm more than 50mm for cold area 

Outer tank steel is high quality SUS304-2B stainless steel, best choice for against bad water quality and environment area 

Inner tank steel is SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, thickness reaches 1.5mm, thicker than market standard for long life time and high pressure. 

Outer tank cover fixed by aluminum rivet ,no more depart off risk. 

arc-argon welding is applied for all fittings, no destroy to steel . 

Screws for the tank and bracket connection are flange type, better solution for no harm to the tank outer material. 

Support material in aluminum. End is placed with three rails for easy moving the whole system away. Easy maintain. Safety device are all designed such as PT valve, vacuum vale, cold water inlet (with one way valve ) 

Intelligent Controller installed inside room for easy control and display 

Electric heater for backup ,helping to offer hot water all the time.

Focus pointer:

Bracket in aluminum alloy is special design with three rails in bottom for easy remove system and install. This rails are fixed tightly to the roof ,it is strong as part of building.

Thicker insulation :55mm, thicker than normal 50mm for cold area solution 

Outer tank shell is stainless steel 304-2B ,best solution for anti-rust. 

Internal tank thickness in 1.5mm much higher than normal 1.2mm.Sure Longer lifetime and higher pressure.
