Working principle: |
Integrative pressurized solar for water heating is a pressurized solar heating system. System are closed loop. Tank, frame and heat pipe tube collector are design as an unite for working. High efficient heat pipe vacuum tube absorbs solar energy from sun and heat pipe transfers heat to the condenser end by its aluminum fins. Condenser indirectly contacts with water through a copper cap and it boils water by releasing heat gained from vacuum tube. |

Tank is full capacity designed Triple selective coating vacuum tubes with conduct heat pipe and aluminum alloy of solar for water heating is 10% higher efficiency than normal single coating tube pipe. Aluminum alloy is whole piece design better for heat conduct Insulation foam is special chemical polyurethane material , high density in 38kgs/m3 is applied in our solar water heater, finished foam is smooth . Outer tank steel is bright stainless steel with high nickel content Inner tank steel is made of SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, its. thickness is 1.2mm, thicker than industrial standard for long life time and high pressure. Outer tank cover is Rivet up to tank body with rivet in avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect. All welding fittings are welded by arc-argon machine, it is no damage to steel material. Flange Screw for fixing the tank to frame are well protect to the tank and strong fixing ability. Support thickness is 1.2mm stainless steel. tube hold are thickened to enhance the anti-wind purpose. The Tank ports are well considered for all usage optional, they are also available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer. Ports included PT valve, vacuum vale, cold water inlet (with one way valve ), hot water outlet, Magnesium bar, electric heater, sensor port (design for controller) Optional controller is available Compare to non-pressurized solar water heater , integrative pressure solar water heater is advantage for following features : Offering pressure hot water of solar for water heating for better experience for shower Heat pipe evacuated tube has higher efficiency Tank is closed loop ,heat pipe tube indirectly conduct the heat.So even tube broken the tank not leakage water out. The non-pressurized solar for water heating will be opposite. |
