Heat pipe pressurized solar thermal water heater is a pressurized solar heating system. System adopts heat pipe evacuated tubes as absorbing collector. High efficiency heat pipe vacuum tube absorbs solar energy from sun and heat pipe transfers heat to the condenser end by its aluminum fins. Condenser indirectly contacts with tank water through a copper cap of tank and it boils water by releasing heat gained from vacuum tube.

Tank is full capacity designed ,high rate capacity against tubes number. solar thermal water heater uses triple selective coating evacuated glass tubes with heat pipe and aluminum alloy as solar collector which is 10% higher efficiency than normal single coating tube pipe. Aluminum fine is whole piece design better for heat conduct Foaming Insulation between inner and outer tank is special chemical polyurethane which main material imported from German, high density in 38kgs/m3 is applied in our solar water heater, finished foam is smooth . Outer tank steel material in galvanized steel with PVDF coating, Basement steel is with higher Zinc coating galvanized steel. High resistant against acid and alkali. Inner tank steel material in SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel, its. thickness is 1.2mm, thicker than industrial standard for long life time and high pressure. Outer tank cover is fixed to tank body by aluminum rivet to avoid fall off by expansion of insulation by hot and cold effect. All fittings welding technical in arc-argon machine, it is no damage to steel material. Flange Screw for fixing the tank to frame are well protect to the tank and strong fixing ability. Bracket support thickness is 1.5mm galvanized steel with powder coating. All bar and tube hold are thickened to enhance the anti-wind purpose. All possible functions are considered for tank.ank functions are included PT valve, vacuum vale, cold water inlet (with one way valve ), hot water outlet, Magnesium bar, electric heater, sensor port (design for controller). If there is any special request from customer ,we will check with our engineer to see the possibility . Optional controller is available Compare to non-pressurized solar thermal water heater , heat pipe pressurized solar thermal water heater is advantage as below : Take pressure from tank directly Tube design with heat pipe conduct heat better than tube with water directly contact. One tube broken ,the non-pressurized solar thermal water heater tank will useless for water flow out from broken tube, but heat pipe pressurized solar thermal water heater can work without problem. |

| Tank size are design in full capacity 126L Tubes is three target coating. The efficiency is about 10% higher than normal coated, and weight more than 2kgs higher than market. Insulation foam material is high density polyurethane , foaming outlook is smooth and perfect. Holes for tubes are face outside and not contact direct with water ,it avoids the rust. Outer material of tank is galvanized steel with PVDF coating, super anti-rust function. Inner tank steel adopt thickness in 0.5mm, thicker than market for high quality anti-rust and longer usage. In order to avoid any risk on depart off, We rivet up the tank cover with rivet to main tank. Arc-argon technical is applied to the jointer welding. The flange screw is applied for fixing main tank to frame. It enlarges the contact area between tank and frame. Our frame adopts 1.5mm galvanized steel. Support bars and tube hold are thickened to enhance the anti-wind purpose. All ports of tank are well considered to meet the demands of customers, they are available for all accessory, special request from customer can be acceptable and customer made after checking by engineer. |
